Russia's Eurovision Song Contest entry was left red-faced over the weekend as pictures from his porn star past surfaced online.

Sergey Lazarev finished third with 491 points for his song 'You Are The Only One'  in Stockholm on Saturday (May 14), but his performance was overshadowed by explicit images of his porn career being published by tabloids.

The 33-year-old can be seen naked in one image, placing a saw into the mouth of a woman handcuffed to a radiator.

They allegedly come from Sergey's past in fetish porn, but The Kremlin have naturally dismissed these claims.

Instead, they have stated that the images were actually taken to highlight domestic violence issues.

Moscow reportedly found the images online last month and moved quickly to delete the material from porn sites, spending millions of Roubles to make sure no trace was left.

However, The Sun accessed an offending image and ran with it ahead of Saturday's Eurovision Grand Final.

Since then it's been reported that more explicit images of Sergey have done the rounds online.

Ukraine walked home with the Eurovision 2016 trophy on Saturday night, after Europe voted Jamala's '1944' the winner.

It narrowly beat Australia's Dami Im to the top spot, while the UK's Joe and Jake finished 24th overall.
