The new trailer for Fifty Shades Freed has arrived!

What to Read Next

The video gives us a better look at Anastasia's frankly sickeningly perfect life style, including the private jet, Riviera holidays and great big brand new house Christian has foisted upon her. But it's not all opulence and excess!

We also see Ana get slightly jealous of their architect (Arielle Kebbel), and possibly find herself unable to knock off work from the editorial job she's not in any way qualified for (we're not bitter).

Some mild kink later, and we see the return of Eric Johnson as Ana's sleazy former boss Jack Hyde to throw a spanner in the works.

Oh, and there's a poster too:

This trailer was followed by a full second trailer, essentially made up of a car chase, some swimming and some bondage.

It marks our first look at the climactic instalment of the series since our peek at the wedding of Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) and Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) back in May.

That trailer, which was finally made available in the UK in September, also showed Christian and Ana embarking on the mother of all honeymoons in Europe.

Fifty Shades Freed is directed by Fifty Shades Darker's James Foley as he shot the two movies back-to-back, with Darker's Niall Leonard again adapting EL James's bestselling novel.

Before the release of the new movie, there will be a new Fifty Shades novel out, as the second instalment of the Fifty Shades trilogy has been retold from Christian's perspective, following James's 2015 novel Grey.

Darker will be released on November 28, just in time for Christmas, and we hope it's just as hilarious as its predecessors.

Fifty Shades Freed is released on February 9, 2018, so there's your Valentine's Day date movie sorted.
