Spider-Man: Homecoming may be hiding even more mysteries in its web, at least going by some new merchandise.

We all know that the movie will include Robert Downey Jr's Tony Stark, as well as Michael Keaton's villain Vulture.

However, a new LEGO set unveiled at the New York Toy Fair shows a rather deliberate obscuring of a character on one of the set's boxes.

It's quite clearly intentional, which begs the question... who's the mysterious shady figure, and why have they been concealed?

The only clue appears to be the fact that the character's driving a van marked DODC - Department of Damage Control.

It could, in the end, be Shocker, who we've been given a fuller glimpse of in new promo art below. After all, we only briefly saw him in a new trailer, so it would make sense if they wanted to hype up his appearance separately.

In other news, star Tom Holland burned his Avengers: Infinity War script on social media after he accidentally took it home rather than return it to producers.

"Marvel like to keep everything a secret, so to all the producers who are probably freaking out because I forgot to hand in my script here is evidence that I'm destroying it," he said in a clip of himself.

Spider-Man: Homecoming will be in cinemas on July 7.
