JK Simmons has admitted that he doesn't believe Miles Teller is getting enough attention this awards season.
Speaking to reporters including Digital Spy tonight (February 8), the Whiplash star said he was happy to see his co-star listed as a BAFTA nominee.

When asked whether Teller deserves attention for his performance, Simmons said: "Absolutely."
He continued: "I'm so glad to see Miles on the list of nominees here tonight, and he's certainly, in my view, not getting his due in this award season, but I think we can chalk that up to youth and maybe the perception that he hasn't paid his dues yet.
"But, he's a brilliant young actor."
Simmons won the BAFTA for Best Supporting Actor during tonight's award ceremony, while Whiplash also walked away with awards for editing and sound.
Teller was nominated for the Rising Star Award, but lost out to Unbroken's Jack O'Connell.
