Basically all anyone wanted from the Star Wars Celebration panel about The Last Jedi was the trailer, but it also had plenty of other things for fans to chew(ie) over.
With plot details kept to a minimum so far, except for finding out what Luke (Mark Hamill) says to Rey (Daisy Ridley) right at the start of the film, the panel provided more details about plot and other juicy nuggets.
As much as host Josh Gad tried to get Ridley to reveal everything about Rey yet again, details about most of the plot and character was kept to a minimum, but here's what we did find out.
If you don't want to be spoiled AT ALL, we've included the long-awaited trailer to break things up.
Luke Skywalker might not be that helpful to Rey
"In The Last Jedi, we go deeper into Rey's story and what is very apparent from where we left off, is Rey has a certain expectation as to what she might get from Luke and what that might entail," Ridley teased.
What to Read Next
"It's difficult to meet your heroes as they might not be what you expect."
Finn means business in The Last Jedi
"[Finn's recovery has] been painful. It's been a process. Finn definitely stood up for himself at the end of The Force Awakens and caught an injury. He's in recovery but he will be back in The Last Jedi and he's not playing this time," explained John Boyega.
"In The Last Jedi, it's a test for all the characters, but especially for Finn, he has to find his place now. Is her going to find his place in the Resistance or keep running away from The First Order."
The First Order might have had their Starkiller Base destroyed at the end of The Force Awakens, but that hasn't stopped them.
"Starkiller Base, big loss, but they did manage to take out the seat of the Republic and that's thrown the galaxy into chaos and The First Order are jumping on that at the beginning of our movie, very aggressively, not sitting on their hands, they're making some big moves at the start of our film. So things are going to get dire," warned director/writer Rian Johnson.
Kelly Marie Tran's newcomer is important to the film
Johnson revealed that Kelly Marie Tran's character is the "biggest new part" in The Last Jedi.
"My character's name is Rose. She's part of the Resistance and she works in maintenance," Tran explained, with Johnson adding: "She's not a soldier, she's not looking to be a hero and she gets pulled in a very big way into the movie."
Luke Skywalker is "significantly important"
Mark Hamill was trying to play down his role in The Last Jedi, even if he joked about the Luke and Rey connection by going to speak about Ridley as his "daughter".
But Kathleen Kennedy interrupted Hamill to say: "Luke is significantly important to this next film."
Expect more BB-8 comedy moments
Even though things look like they're getting dark for the galaxy, we can rely on BB-8 to lighten the mood, although even BB-8 couldn't tell us who the last Jedi actually is.
Asked by Gad if there were going to be any BB-8 banter in the film, Johnson replied: "Oh yes there are. You can't have enough BB-8 and he's the Buster Keaton of this movie."
Finn and Poe's bromance will continue
Sure, this isn't something that's, like, MAJOR, but Boyega promised more Finn and Poe hanging out in The Last Jedi: "Poe is my boy. There's always a new adventure for us to go on."
Star Wars: The Last Jedi is released in cinemas on December 15.
