Chris Hemsworth has posted a picture of himself on Twitter with a far slimmer figure than usual.
The actor lost a worrying amount of weight for his new film In the Heart of the Sea, and wrote that he "wouldn't recommend it".
He wrote: "Just tried a new diet/training program called "Lost At Sea". Wouldn't recommend it.. #IntheHeartoftheSea".
Hemsworth revealed in August that he had lost around 15 pounds for his role in the movie.
"When I started, I was leaner than my Thor weight, anyway, because I'd been on Michael's film," the actor told Entertainment Weekly.
"When you're already starting off lean, it's brutal to chew through that kind of weight. Every pound feels like a kilogram."

In the film, directed by Ron Howard, Hemsworth plays Owen Chase, a 19th century seaman on whaling ship 'the Essex'. A whale destroys the ship, leaving the crew stranded in a lifeboat.
The film also stars new Spider-Man Tom Holland, Benjamin Walker and Cillian Murphy.
The cast's diets were reduced over the production to portray starving seamen, eventually consuming around 500 calories a day.
"We kind of went insane, weighing ourselves every day," Hemsworth said.
"We all felt like a bunch of supermodels, trying to get down in weight for a show, or something. That's all we spoke about.
"You've got 15 burly blokes on the sea and all we talked about was our diet, and who'd lost more weight, and who's looking really skinny. It's ridiculous!"
In the Heart of the Sea is released in cinemas on December 11 in the US and December 26 in the UK. Watch the trailer below:
