Fonda, the "unforgettable" psychological thriller starring Andrew Scott and Mia Goth, just got an exciting cast update. Helmed by a renowned international filmmaker, this new project could be a hit upon its release.
The upcoming film is the first English-language feature from French writer-director Justine Triet, who won an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay in 2024 for the acclaimed legal drama Anatomy of a Fall.
As per Variety, a host of new names have joined the highly-anticipated project, with Marty Supreme's Odessa A’zion, Wuthering Heights star Ewan Mitchell, The Handmaid's Tale actor Cherry Jones and Weapons star Benedict Wong all signing on.

According to the synopsis, Fonda is a "psychological thriller set in a seemingly idyllic huis clos", taking the audience on a "vertiginous dive into the shifting limits of a sound mind as grief and obsession take hold".
