The Crown star Elizabeth Debicki has joined the sequel to Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
The unexpected follow-up movie was announced last month, with Brad Pitt set to reprise his Oscar-winning role as Cliff Booth.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Debicki and Hawaii Five-0's Scott Caan will both appear in the Netflix project, which will be directed by David Fincher.
Meanwhile, Quentin Tarantino, who directed the original 2019 movie, has returned to write the screenplay for the sequel.
Set in 1969, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood followed TV actor Rick Dalton and his stunt double/personal assistant Cliff, as they tried to rejuvenate their fading careers.

Though details regarding the plot remain scarce, the upcoming sequel will be set after the events of the original movie and will centre on Cliff.
The story originated from a script written by Tarantino, which he had planned to direct before putting it aside. It was Pitt who later convinced the filmmaker to continue the project with Fincher in the director's seat.

Caan and Debicki's roles are yet to be announced, but there are reportedly two key female parts in the movie - a woman who runs a bar and mud wrestling establishment, and a trophy wife. Debicki could play one of those characters or completely different role.
The movie is scheduled to begin production in California, this July. It's currently unclear whether Leonardo DiCaprio and Margot Robbie will be returning to play Rick Dalton and Sharon Tate, respectively.
