The video is introduced as a concept movie for PT, the game's recently released playable teaser.
The action once again takes place in a corridor from a first-person perspective.
The corridor features a collection of children's toys and drawings, including a ball which transforms into a decapitated head.
Players are eventually stalked by a huge monster as they make their way through a door that leads underground.
PT takes place primarily in an L-shaped corridor that loops around on itself.
