The cheesy voice acting from the original Resident Evil is coming to the HD remaster, courtesy of a new PC mod.
PC users with a copy of the Resident Evil HD Remaster can now download sound files from the original game.

In addition to the brilliant dialogue featured in the video above, fans will be treated to classic lines like:"That was too close! You were almost a Jill sandwich!"
Its creator, Bunny, has explained why it took a while to complete the mod.
"It took me a long time to finish this mod mainly because there were more than 500 audio files to edit," Bunny said.
What to Read Next
"And the dialogues were already mixed with sound effects like footsteps, gunshots, enemies, etc. So at some point the editing process became tedious and I had to take breaks more often."
This should keep us busy until next year's Resident Evil Zero remaster.
