Resident Evil HD Remaster has hit the big time - the game has now sold over one million units across the world since its debut in January.
The milestone was reached after the HD version of the original survival-horror title set a new record for the biggest-selling day-one digital title on PlayStation Network.

The game is also Capcom's fastest-selling digital title in history across Europe and North America.
Resident Evil HD is available on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.
The remastered version includes various improvements, including updates to visuals, sound, a new 'Very Easy' mode and options for control and aspect ratio.
