An HD remake of Resident Evil 4 has been announced for PC.
Unveiled by Capcom today (January 21), the Ultimate HD Edition of the horror game will be available for digital download on Steam worldwide and at retail in Europe.
The re-release promises a graphical overhaul, running at 60 frames per second for the first time.
Resident Evil 4 follows special agent Leon S Kennedy, as he attempts to retrieve the US president's kidnapped daughter from an eerie village inhabited by Las Plagas.
The game received critical acclaim upon its original GameCube release in 2005 before it was ported to the PlayStation 2 that same year.
Resident Evil 4 will be available from February 28, 2014 for €19.99 ($19.99).
