"I'd love to see Clay escape his demons from season one," he said. "I'd like to see him in a healthier place.
"The show takes place a few months after season one. I'm curious to know how Clay has coped the last few months. Did he find closure? Is he moving on? "[I want to] see somebody punch Bryce in the face," creator Brian Yorkey previously said.
Meanwhile, Selena Gomez – who serves as executive producer on the show – said that she has been in the writers' room and there are season two moments which left her "almost freaking out".
13 Reasons Why season one can be watched now on Netflix.
