Girls has undoubtedly become a TV phenomenon since it launched nearly five years ago.
So what do you do when something like Lena Dunham's show becomes as big as it has? Why, you make a movie, of course.
Luckily, the star and creator has reassured fans that a big screen outing for Hannah, Marnie, Jessa and Shoshanna IS on the cards, but don't go holding your breath for it any time soon.

"We're doing the movie," Dunham told The Hollywood Reporter. "I'd just want to leave enough space so that we are finding them in a super different place than we left them.
"But if HBO paid for two Sex and the City ones, they'd better pay for one of ours."
What to Read Next
The show is due to air its final season from next month, and we've already had some big teasers, not least a possible pregnancy storyline.
A recent trailer depicted Dunham's Hannah side-eyeing all the weird men she has had to put up with over the last few years.
The show is also lining up some big guests as we say farewell to the series, including The Americans star Matthew Ryhs in a surprise role.
The sixth and last season of Girls will premiere on Sunday, February 12 at 10pm ET.
