If you've not watched it yet, this story contains spoilers for season 6 episode 2 of Game of Thrones.
The biggest secret in television was revealed this week, as Jon Snow returned from the dead on Game of Thrones.
The fate of Kit Harington's character was the focus of much speculation after his slaughter in the season five finale, which begs the question - how did the show manage to keep such a juicy secret?
Speaking to EW, Harington revealed that the cast and crew took extra precautions when filming season 6 to avoid the news being revealed, and even banned the name Jon Snow from being used on set.
"No-one was allowed to say 'Jon Snow' on set, ever - everyone had to refer to me as 'LC'," Harington said.
"LC" stands for Lord Commander, and replaced all mention of the name Jon Snow on scripts and call sheets.
Game of Thrones returns to screens in the US on HBO on Sunday (May 8) at 9pm. Sky Atlantic airs the show in the UK at 2am on Monday morning, and again at 9pm in the evening.
