The Crown will grace the presence of your living room later this year.
The biographical American drama, which centres on the future Queen Elizabeth II (Claire Foy)'s marriage to war commander Philip Mountbatten (Matt Smith), has been given a launch date of November 4.
The first season will consist of ten episodes.
The Crown will also chronicle the changes Elizabeth brought to the monarchy and her conflicts with Winston Churchill (John Lithgow).
It also stars Greg Wise, Vanessa Kirby, Jared Harris and Stephen Dillane.
Writer Peter Morgan famously studied Elizabeth II in the Oscar-winning The Queen, and also penned historical dramas Frost/Nixon and The Damned United.
