You should probably start preparing yourself for the end of Lena Dunham's Emmy-winning series Girls.
Dunham – the show's writer, executive producer and star – has reached the decision to conclude her comedy-drama with its sixth season, according to E! News.
Don't panic yet – Girls season seven likely wouldn't premiere on HBO in the US at least until 2017.
Dunham is prepping Girls' fifth run, which will reunite her with core cast members Allison Williams, Jemima Kirke, Zosia Mamet and Adam Driver.
The writer-actress has already started exploring life outside of Girls, masterminding a new HBO feminist period comedy called Max.
Girls makes its return to US screens on HBO on February 21. Sky Atlantic airs the series in the UK.
