Tracy Morgan had a little help from his 30 Rock family when making his Saturday Night Live return yesterday (October 17).

The actor made his comedy comeback more than a year after he was seriously injured in a New Jersey car crash.

Morgan, who received an amazing reception from the audience, introduced a sketch of a 30 Rock episode apparently from 2012, which predicted his near-death experience.

Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Jack McBrayer and Jane Krakowski reunited and reprised their roles from the NBC sitcom.


Earlier in his monologue, Morgan joked: "People are wondering, 'Can he speak? Does he have 100% mental capacity?', but the truth is I never did. I might actually be a few points higher now."
