The Last of Us star Isabela Merced has teased the "undeniable" chemistry she shares with her co-star Bella Ramsey.
Merced recently made her debut as Dina in the hit show's second season, which features the anticipated romance between her character and Ramsey's Ellie.
During a new interview with IMDb, the Madame Web actor assured fans that all Dina and Ellie's scenes together will be "as authentic as possible".
"Bella’s extremely charming. Our chemistry is sort of undeniable, and the gays are going to be fed," she said.
"Like, they’re going to be so happy. I love it. I’ve been in the editing room when they’re like, 'Oh, what scenes do you want to watch?' I was like, 'All Dina-Ellie scenes only, please. I want to see it all.'

Meanwhile, Digital Spy recently caught up with Ramsey, who also teased their character's relationship with Dina.
"[Ellie's] got a big crush on Dina and is just testing the water and doesn't wanna get hurt," they shared.
"I think that it's a bit scary for her, but that relationship is one that will definitely blossom and bloom. Dina brings some of the light back out of Ellie, and it's really cool."

Ramsey also discussed what episode one's first kiss between Dina and Ellie meant to their character, saying: "I think that is a complicated moment for Ellie. Dina's really high and Ellie's like, 'Well, is this real? This means a lot to me. I don't know if this means a lot to you'.
"I think there's a bit of fear and tension around that, because she just wants it to mean the same thing to Dina as it means to her."
The Last of Us season 2 airs on Mondays at 2am and 9pm on Sky Atlantic and streaming service NOW in the UK. The show airs on HBO in the US.
