Industry is receiving a shake up for its fourth season, with Max Minghella set to join the cast and Harry Lawtey exiting his role.

Lawtey has starred in the BBC drama since season one, playing the working class banker Robert Spearing. Robert left Pierpoint in the season three finale in order to work on a psilocybin start-up.

Though his story remained open-ended, Deadline reports that Lawtey won't be returning for season four due to scheduling conflicts.

In a joint statement at the time of renewal, creators Mickey Down and Konrad Kay said: "We are beyond thrilled and grateful to HBO, the incredible team at Bad Wolf and our phenomenal cast and crew for their continued belief in Industry and for allowing us to grow as creators, writers and now directors whilst taking the show to new heights.

"We can't wait to dive deeper and deliver the best season yet in season 4," they added.

Elsewhere, Minghella will be returning to our screens in the sixth season of The Handmaid's Tale. The dystopian drama will begin its final chapter on April 6, with a recent trailer teasing a big uprising.

All three seasons of Industry are available to stream now on BBC iPlayer. The Handmaid's Tale streams on Hulu in the US and both Channel 4 and Prime Video in the UK.
