The crime drama series dropped five-tenths of a point at 9pm for Fox, averaging 1.1 (3.51m).
NBC won the key 18-49 demographic on Monday with 2.9.
The Voice garnered 3.8 (13.95m) at 8pm, down three-tenths. The Night Shift followed with 1.3 (5.45m) at 10pm.
ABC's finale of The Bachelor interested 2.8 (9.68m) at 8pm, while the After the Final Rose special received 2.7 (9.68m) at 10pm.
2 Broke Girls appealed to 2.1 (8.25m) at 8pm on CBS, Mike & Molly hit 2.1 (8.80m) at 8.30pm, Scorpion scored 2.0 (10.59m) at 9pm, and NCIS: Los Angeles took 1.8 (10.72m) at 10pm.
The Originals generated 0.5 (1.40m) at 8pm on The CW, a new low. Jane the Virgin also dropped a tenth to 0.5 (1.26m) at 9pm.
