Michael Ealy has been cast as a villain in The Following.
The Almost Human star will play a "brilliant, chameleon-like" murderer who will face-off against Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon), reports TV Line.
The Following's Creator Kevin Williamson revealed earlier this year that the third season of the thriller will follow an entirely new storyline.
The show has also received a change in showrunners, with Williamson being replaced with Jennifer Johnson before she also stepped down from the role.
Lost star Zuleikha Robinson has also joined the cast to play Hardy's new love interest.
Ealy has previously appeared in Underworld: Awakening, FlashForward and The Good Wife.
