Former Lost star Jeff Fahey is boarding Justified for its final season.

Fahey has been cast as a world-weary 60-year-old former mine worker named Zachariah Randolph, whose mental state is questionable.

He is expected to appear in multiple episodes in the sixth season, reports Entertainment Weekly.

Fahey famously played the pilot Captain Frank Lapidus in Lost, and also appeared in The Marshal and Revolution.

His many notable film credits include Wyatt Earp, Planet Terror and Machete.

Sam Elliott and Garret Dillahunt have also been confirmed to make appearances in Justified's final season.

Justified will air in the US in January 2015 on FX. Sky On Demand will screen the show in the UK.
