Chef Gordon Ramsay travels around America saving struggling hotels, motels and B&Bs from disaster.
In the first episode he visits Meson de Mesilla, in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The hotel was purchased by former child star Cali Szczawinski so she could perform Cher songs every night to an audience, but the needs of the guests have to come first.
