The season enders begin on Friday, April 4 with Raising Hope airing an hour-long series finale at 9pm ET.

Kevin Bacon's psychological thriller The Following bows out on Monday, April 28 at 9pm ET.
New Girl and The Mindy Project complete their runs on Tuesday, May 6 starting at 9pm ET.
Bones' finale airs on Monday, May 12 at 8pm, while Glee finishes one night later on Tuesday, May 13 at 8pm.
