Ozark's Tom Pelphrey will appear in a new HBO drama from Mare of Easttown creator Brad Ingelsby.
Originally announced back in June, this untitled series has Mark Ruffalo (Poor Things) in the lead role and centers on an FBI taskforce tackling drug-house robberies around Philadelphia.
TVLine reports that Pelphrey is onboard as Robbie, "a sanitation worker and dreamer who has been knocked around by life, but has always gotten back up again".

Pelphrey, who welcomed his first child with Kaley Cuoco this year, is a Primetime Emmy Award nominee, having played the bipolar brother of Wendy (Laura Linney) in Netflix's aforementioned crime thriller to much acclaim.
His other projects include Mank, Outer Range, Love & Death, Iron Fist and Banshee.
Francesca Orsi, head of HBO drama series and films, said of the upcoming show in a statement: "We are absolutely thrilled to once again to join forces with Brad Ingelsby, the brilliant auteur behind Mare of Easttown.
"Brad's boundless creativity and unrivalled ability to captivate audiences is nothing short of inspiring, and we cannot be more excited to embark on another journey together. When the opportunity arose to partner with Mark on another series, we all jumped at the chance to witness him once again breathe great humanity into a new role."

As for whether Kate Winslet's smalltown detective Mare Sheehan will come back to our screens for a second season of Easttown, the star herself addressed the possibility last Christmas.
"It's a tricky one. [...] How would [the show] evolve? Those are questions none of us can answer right now," she commented.
"I can't just go, 'Oh yes, let's just do it again.' It's a colossal, colossal commitment and did really take a huge amount out of me. And I know it would do that again."
