LEGO has announced a first-ever release for The Clone Wars in its Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series in time for the show's 20th anniversary.
This Ultimate Collector Series range is based around fan-requested pieces from iconic moments in the history of Star Wars, with the Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser from the animated show set to join the series. The Clone Wars has previously released LEGOs in other product ranges.
The 5,374-piece set is based on a starcruiser that was itself inspired by the infamous Death Star — but this ship was actually used by the Republic in its battle against the Empire.
