Modern Family stars Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Nolan Gould had a little reunion this week on Broadway as one former co-star supported another.
Gould, who played Luke Dunphy, visited Ferguson, who played Mitchell Pritchett, backstage at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theater. Gould watched Ferguson in his new Broadway play Take Me Out, which follows a Major League Baseball star coming out as gay and explores the ramifications such an announcement has on his career.
Ferguson plays business manager Mason Marzac in the show, which won the 2022 Tony Award for best play revival. Ferguson took to Instagram to share snaps of his reunion with Gould, who played his on-screen nephew.

This is not the first Modern Family reunion this year. Ferguson officiated Sarah Hyland (Haley Dunphy)'s wedding in August, although he wasn't the first choice. Several co-stars were in attendance at the event including Sofia Vergara (Gloria Pritchett), Julie Bowen (Claire Dunphy), Gould and Ferguson.
Meanwhile, Vergara posted a series of photos to her Instagram in September showing off a dinner with Ty Burrell (Phil Dunphy), Eric Stonestreet (Cameron Tucker), Ed O'Neil (Jay Pritchett), Ferguson and Hyland.
Modern Family will air on E4 in the UK from October 24 and is also available to stream on Disney+, with seasons 10 and 11 available through NOW.
