Bryan Cranston's crime drama Your Honor has seen its second and final season pushed back to next year.

The Breaking Bad star will return as New Orleans judge Michael Desiato on January 13, 2023 (via Deadline).

Showtime decided to delay the season 2 premiere so that viewers can enjoy the series in weekly instalments without the interruption of the Christmas holidays.

The series follows Cranston's Desiato as his life and reputation get upended when his teenage son Adam (Hunter Doohan) accidentally kills Rocco (Benjamin Wadsworth), the son of dangerous crime boss Jimmy Baxter (Michael Stuhlbarg) in a hit-and-run.

Michael will do anything to protect Adam, pushing him to conceal his involvement and kicking off a potentially deadly game of lies and deceptions, with Jimmy and his wife Gina (Hope Davis) among the other key players.
