Fans need not fret about the future of the new Green Lantern series amid the shake-ups at Warner Bros Discovery.
The new HBO Max show is set to see American Horror Story star Finn Wittrock take on the lead of Guy Gardner.
However, with the recent axing of the Batgirl movie, many are understandably nervous about the futures of a number of upcoming DC projects.

An HBO Max spokesperson has now told TVLine that Green Lantern is "very much alive" and "definitely moving forward" – though may not make its debut until 2024.
Additionally, the network has revealed that the planned Black Canary standalone movie starring Jurnee Smollett is also still moving ahead.
Green Lantern comes from the Arrowverse's Greg Berlanti and Marc Guggenheim, alongside writer Seth Grahame-Smith, and is set to feature a number of Green Lanterns across time zones.
Wittrock's incarnation is a 1980s hyper masculine, super patriotic version, and the star revealed last year that fans will be "really, really pleasantly surprised" by the series.
"It is really cool how sprawling a storyline it is," he told Entertainment Weekly. "It's pretty epic. It spans time and space and has something for everyone. It's not your average superhero story."
The actor added that his "polarising" character has a "heart of gold" despite a tendency to show off, adding: "He takes on a lot of this show. He's a pretty big part of it.
"I think it's an interesting way in [to the story]. It's not the conventional way in, but I think people might see a side of him they didn't know was there."
Alongside the series, a separate animated Green Lantern movie starring Black Adam's Aldis Hodge was recently released.
Green Lantern is due to stream on HBO Max in the US. A UK broadcaster is yet to be confirmed.
