"Everything's possible," he told Entertainment Tonight.
While Grant did concede that he has "no idea" how Classic Loki would return after "going out with such a bang", the Star Wars star also revealed he "wouldn't say no" to coming back to the MCU.
He added: "I think that because his sacrifice is so huge and it's going out with such a bang, how do you top that if he had to come back? I have no idea. You know, it's not within my arena to do that.
"But I wouldn't say no, if asked. Put it that way."
The comments follow Loki writer Eric Martin debunking a secret variant theory ahead of the show's finale.
Loki is streaming exclusively on Disney+, where the season 1 finale will premiere on Wednesday, July 14.
