From Shirley Ballas crying to Neil and Katya Jones' reunion, tonight's episode of Strictly Come Dancing (November 10) was an eventful one.
And it's just as well – because there was someone in the audience the contestants would have been keen to impress.
While hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman opened the show, the camera panned to actress Jodie Comer. As fans will know, Jodie plays terrifying assassin Villanelle in hit drama Killing Eve.
Of course, Jodie is nothing like her psychopathic character in real life. But that didn't stop viewers from joking about what she could get up to during the programme.
One person tweeted: "Villanelle is in the #Strictly audience. I wonder who the target is?"
Others quipped: "I'm worried Villanelle is in the audience at #Strictly tonight. Hope they did a bag search on the way in," and: "Tess's days are numbered."
