After Rebecca Humphries hit the headlines by publicly dumping Strictly Come Dancing star Seann Walsh on Twitter, the actress has announced she's "back" in her first Instagram post since the split.
Humphries initially made her feelings clear in an open letter posted on social media last week, just a day after Walsh was photographed kissing his married dance partner Katya Jones.

Now, in a bid to tell the world she's over the ordeal, Humphries wrote on Instagram: "She's back! #takenoutthetrash #andtookthecat" alongside an apt photo of Beyonce from her 'Hold Up' video.
Fans were quick to praise Walsh's ex, with "YES girl!!! You've got this," and "You are a strong person, glad you are fighting back," among the comments.
Humphries has remained pretty quiet on social media since she broke up with Walsh.
In a defiant tweet shared last Monday (October 8), she told him "sorry I took the cat" — and stressed that she was "not a victim" while accusing the comedian of reacting aggressively when she confronted him over the kiss.
"I have a voice and will use it by saying this to any woman out there who deep down feels worthless and trapped with a man they love: Believe in yourself and your instincts," she concluded.
During an interview on Strictly's spin-off show It Takes Two last week, Seann said: "I'm not perfect, far from it. Our relationship wasn't perfect. That doesn't meant that I wanted it to end the way that it finally did. I'm very sorry for that.
"I feel it's also important for me to say that the people who know me the most, that love me, they know that I am not the person I'm being portrayed as. I'm still sorry for what I did, but it's very important for me to get that out there."
Following that interview, Rebecca liked a number of tweets from viewers questioning why Seann hadn't named her directly in his apology.
Katya's husband Neil Jones has yet to directly comment on Seann and Katya's kiss, although he has continued posting about Strictly Come Dancing on social media all throughout the scandal.
