Former Corrie star and current Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls resident Ryan Thomas had a bit of a mare with nature this evening (August 29).
Reminding us of another Thomas brother and his jungle-related meltdowns (hi, Adam), Ryan showed off his best banshee impression as he had a run-in with cramp and bees.
After finding the beach on the island, the contestants revelled in the crystal clear waters and enjoyed a dip in the ocean. Until Ryan started screaming for his life.

Was he stung by a jellyfish? Had he been bitten by a shark? No, he just got cramp.
But if that wasn't melodramatic enough, Ryan turned it up a notch when he stumbled upon a bees' nest. Literally.
After disturbing hundreds of the creatures, the poor lad was forced to deal with a relentless barrage of stings. Thankfully, he handled the pain well. (Just kidding.)
Unfortunately for Ryan, it appeared that approximately no-one had sympathy for his island-based injuries – not even his own brother.
"Hahaha in stitches here!!!" Adam tweeted, not at all enjoying his brother's torment. "Cramp and bee stings all in one day @ryanjamesthomas off to a good start."
It looks like that's what you get for declaring yourself an alpha male. (Sorry, not sorry.)
