Blind Date's Melanie Sykes has followed in the gorgeous footsteps of Modern Family's Sofia Vergara and posed totally nude for Women's Health magazine.
Celebrating the magazine's 'Naked Issue', Melanie stripped off on the top of a very cold and gloomy-looking rooftop to show off her incredible body. We salute you, Mel!
Posting the image to Instagram, the 47-year-old revealed that she will be "talking body image and age" in the new issue, and told fans how she keeps her body in "decent nick".

"The message really is for me if you keep moving and eating wellish (sic) you can keep yourself in decent nick for longer than you think," she wrote.
Women's Health's latest issue is all about celebrating women's bodies 'regardless of age, size, ethnicity or following' – but despite the empowering message, not everyone is on board.

While Sofia bared all for her cover shoot, she admitted that her husband Joe Manganiello was a little perplexed by her getting naked all the time.
"Joe's like, 'F**k, you're going to be naked in everything now? Why?'" she admitted. (Why the hell not, we ask.)
Opening up about her determination to work hard, Sofia added: "I worked like an animal. I wanted to take advantage of my 15 minutes of fame, because you never know."
