Blind Date viewers got a bit of a treat tonight (July 28) as the dating show aired its first ever episode with drag queens on.
Singleton Luke from Guildford had his pick from three fabulous queens on the show β Shyanne O'Shea from Essex, Trampagne from Portsmouth and Anna Phylactic from Manchester.

And it proved as entertaining as expected, with Blind Date-esque innuendos aplenty including jokes about "master dating" and so forth.
There was an especially catty moment when Anna made a quip about a local council demolishing murals of the other two's faces.
And it's safe to say viewers were absolutely loving the segment:
Yet some were disappointed that Paul didn't revive Lily Savage for the occasion:
In the end, Luke picked number two Shyanne to go on a date and the pair headed off to Somerset to see if there's a spark.
Speaking of doing the special, Paul previously said: "I'm so happy that we have included drag queens on this series of Blind Date. It's about time β it is 2018 after all.
"Having been a drag artiste myself, I'm very proud to be part of this Blind Date first."
Blind Date airs on Channel 5.
