Former Big Brother winner Josie Gibson has sprained her knee and hit her head during training for the new series of the Channel 4 show.
"I'm a non-skier so I was always going to have a few wobbles," she said (via Bang Showbiz).
"I sprained my knee in the two-week indoor training course. That fall wasn't even off the jump, it was the slope of the jump. Then I hit my head."
She also admitted that training had left her exhausted, adding: "It's very intense. I didn't wash my hair for a week because I didn't have time."
This series of The Jump has already run into some controversy regarding injuries, with GB Taekwondo showing reluctance to let Olympian Jade Jones take part over injury fears.
Previous competitor Louise Hazel also warned athletes to quit the show or risk a "career-ending injury".
"I would advise them, from this point, to withdraw from the competition," she said. "Pure and simply because going into The Jump, you know there are going to be risks. It's not a matter of, will you get hurt? Yes you will!"
Also taking part in the new series is Gareth Thomas and Jason Robinson, ex-footballer Robbie Fowler and Made in Chelsea's Spencer Matthews.
The Jump returns to Channel 4 on Sunday (February 5) at 7.30pm.
