Tonight's episode of Big Brother saw housemates divided as part of a rule-following task. As the only two housemates with no eyeballs (the currency of the Big Brother house), following last week's eyeball production task, George and Cameron B were summoned to the Diary Room and designated Wardens as part of Big Brother's Eye Spy Patrol to enforce the new rules - complete with warden costumes.
New rules were imposed on all the housemates, with a fine of one eye being charged if a rule was broken. For every fine given, the wardens would profit. George appeared to relish this prospect, saying "If you don't like it, then best you enjoy being skint."
The new rules included staying within marked lanes whenever walking around the house, turning around 10 times when passing a roundabout in the living room and wearing protective gear at all times when eating. One housemate had to stand on a designated spot at all times and no ball games were allowed in the house, despite several footballs being placed in the garden.
In a tempting twist, housemates could also earn eyes by reporting fellow housemates to the wardens for rule breaches, which Richard took advantage of several times, including reporting Feyisola for only turning around one time on the roundabout, instead of 10.

Housemates quickly became covered with 'rule break fine' stickers as they committed violations, including 'backchatting' the wardens in Marcus' case, and eating without protective equipment, a rule Caroline fell foul of.

At the end of the task, Big Brother announced that Wardens Cameron B and George had given out 28 fines and therefore earned 28 eyes in commission. They were allowed to decide how to share the commission between them, with George joking he should have all the eyes and Cameron should have none, before they agreed to split the amount 50/50.

Following the announcement, several housemates admitted they would have handed out more fines in Cameron B and George's position if they knew they'd earn more money for themselves by flagging more violation, with Teja saying, "I would have cracked the whip".
Elsewhere in the episode, Elsa and Marcus cooled off their budding relationship after a minor disagreement following Elsa removing the lid from a bottle of beer with her teeth escalated, leading Marcus to raise his concerns that the relationship between them was becoming "toxic" and opting to sleep in a separate bed.
Big Brother airs at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
