Married at First Sight Australia saw tensions arise between the brides, with one walking out on her co-stars at Girls Night during the Couples Retreat.

In tonight's episode (April 8), Lauren was asked by her fellow brides Jamie, Beth and Awhina about her feelings for husband Clint during group drinks with the girls in the experiment, but the conversation soon turned sour, with Lauren feeling she didn't owe anyone else an explanation about her relationship.

"You know what? This conversation is so boring. I'm over it," Lauren declared, putting her glass down and walking out of the room, adding to the camera: "I'm just bored of these losers. I don't want to spend another moment with them."

The episode began with the contestants heading off for the annual Couples Retreat, this year taking place in a stunning villa in Australia's Byron Bay.

During the first night of their stay, the other couples quizzed Lauren and Clint about their relationship, following remarks from Lauren at the previous commitment ceremony that she is usually attracted to an "alpha male" as a partner.

The next morning, fellow bride Rhi checked in on Lauren after the group grilling. Lauren told Rhi that she and Clint were looking to leave the retreat and possibly the experiment as they were struggling with being around other people.

Rhi relayed her conversation with Lauren to the other contestants, who decided to confront Lauren and Clint separately at the Boys and Girls Night evenings.

During Girls Night, Awhina said that she felt Lauren was "not interested" in Clint and was blaming external factors in the relationship.

"Your opinions have very little impact on how I feel," Lauren replied to her.

With regards to Lauren's plans to leave, Jamie voiced that Lauren was lucky to be given a second opportunity at the experiment, following her first unsuccessful TV marriage to groom Eliot.

"I really don't need to have this conversation," Lauren responded. "I don't feel I need to share it with all of you."

In a separate piece to camera, Lauren added: "Just another night in paradise with these absolute feral people. The bogans just keep on boganing with their boganic ways."

Lauren then left the room, saying aloud that she was bored of the conversation, with Jamie quipping back: "Don't be rude."

In a separate piece to camera, MAFS bride Beth shared that she thought Lauren "thinks she's better than us", adding: "She acts like the Queen of England."

It looks like the drama from the Girls Night fallout is set to continue into the next episode, with a teaser seeing Jamie and Lauren butt heads again in a group setting.
