Hollyoaks' Chelsee Healey has opened up about an upsetting incident occurred during her training for Dancing on Ice.

The Goldie McQueen actor is part of the line-up of the new season of the figure skating show. Partnered with pro skater Andy Buchanan, the soap star fell and passed out in training and had to be rushed to see a doctor.

"We had one fall. She fell right on her tailbone, right on her coccyx," Buchanan told The Sun.

However, she seems determined to have fun in the rink, calling her experience on Dancing on Ice "mentally challenging".

"It has been the most mentally challenging thing I've ever done in my life. Yeah, it has been really hard but at the same time really rewarding," she said.

"Probably a really rare time that I'll feel proud of myself – hopefully – is if I do well on Sunday," she added, hinting at the show's second episode, airing on ITV1 this weekend.

Dancing on Ice airs continues next Sunday, January 19 on ITV1 and ITVX.
