The Masked Singer UK spoilers follow.
The Masked Singer UK returned on Saturday (January 11) night, with another contestant being unmasked following their elimination.
The third episode – a Holiday-themed special – of the sixth season saw five players – Bear, Toad in the Hole, Pufferfish, Bush and Wolf – take to the stage for another round of karaoke, with the aim being to make it to the next round.
After the studio audience submitted their votes, it was revealed that Bear and Toad in the Hole were the contestants at risk of elimination, with the panel – Mo Gilligan, Davina McCall, Maya Jama, Jonathan Ross and guest judge Suranne Jones – having to pick between the pair.

After a closely-fought sing-off, the panel elected to save Bear, meaning that Toad in the Hole was eliminated. After abruptly walking off stage, the contestant had to be brought back before the unmasking, with guesses ranging from Tracy Chapman to Courtney Love.

It was Suranne, Maya and Jonathan who guessed correctly, however, with singer Macy Gray confirmed to be underneath the mask. “You know, I’ve been around a long time – and now I’m a toad,” said the singer following her exit, with the star telling host Joel Dommett that she had a “good time”.
Toad in the Hole became the third contestant to be unmasked during the season, with Kate Garraway and Prue Leith appearing in Sunday’s (January 5) episode as they were revealed to be Spag Bol and Pegasus respectively.

“I can't sing and I kept telling them [the production team] that, and they said it doesn't matter,” said Garraway following her unmasking. “Just to have an incredible chance to come out dressed as spaghetti and waddle around trying to sing. It's been so much fun and everybody's been great.”
“My favourite thing was that last song, when I had no head on,” said Leith following her exit. “The audience were so lovely and they knew the song and they sang along with me, which was much nicer. Anna (one of the voice coaches on the show) was so encouraging and so lovely, I would like her to just stick with me for the rest of my life!”
The Masked Singer airs on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
