RuPaul has paid tribute to The Vivienne at DragCon UK, following the drag artist's recent death.
On January 5, it was announced that the Drag Race UK winner – whose real name was James Lee Williams – had passed away at the age of 32.
Tributes came pouring in for the the performer, with RuPaul sharing an Instagram post "mourning the loss" of "an incredibly talented queen and a lovely human being".

Before DragCon UK kicked off today, RuPaul gave another heartfelt tribute to The Vivienne. He was joined by Drag Race stars Michelle Visage, who wore a black T-shirt with The Vivienne's name on it, and Raven.
"We are here to celebrate life, to celebrate love and to spread it around," he told the London crowd.

"We are here to start these festivities, but before we do that, we want to focus on love. And we're going to remember our dear The Vivienne, with love and life. That's what she was all about."

The presenter continued: "She would love for you to live your lives and to be free and to have a lot of fun and to spread it around, isn't that right?"
Fans took to the comment section to applaud the tribute, which was posted on the DragCon Instagram account. "So respectful to give The Vivienne a mention," one pointed out. "Awww I love how they're wearing black," said another.
A third echoed: "I find it so respectful that all three of them dressed in black to mourn the Vivienne," while a different fan added: "The viv would be laughing at this so hard haha!!!"
RuPaul's Drag Race UK airs on BBC Three in the UK and streams on WOW Presents Plus in the US.
