Netflix have confirmed the release date for Selling Sunset season eight - and it's soon.
The hit real estate reality TV series will return to the streaming service on September 6, with the date confirmed in an all-new first look trailer.
"The Selling Sunset agents are back! And this season, the stakes are higher than a penthouse view," teases the official synopsis. "Who will rise to the top and who will crumble under pressure? The new season premieres on September 6, only on Netflix."

The trailer confirms agent Bre Tiesi is continuing at the brokerage following the season seven finale when her future on the show seemed up in the air.
It looks like season eight will also explore the events leading up to agent Chelsea Lazkani's divorce, which was reported back in April.

In the trailer, Nicole says she has "heard information that could affect families [and] marriages" with Bre being told in a separate scene by a friend that she "did hear something about Chelsea's husband".
Bre then declares: "They say don't shoot the messenger. She's definitely going to shoot me," with her seen confronting Chelsea in what looks to be a tense exchange.

The next clip shows Chelsea in a piece to camera in tears, saying: "I don't want to do this, I can't do this."
In addition to the usual Selling Sunset drama, fans are promised tours of more incredible properties in Los Angeles.
"I have a huge listing, one of the most expensive houses in the world," boasts Jason in a voiceover, with the camera panning to a montage of chandeliers, hot tubs and stunning panoramic views.
It seems season eight may introduce one or two new cast members to the show, with two previously unseen faces featured in the trailer. People have confirmed one of the ladies as Alanna Whittaker, a model who will make her debut in the upcoming instalment.
Selling Sunset seasons 1-7 are streaming now on Netflix. Season 8 will be released on September 6.
