Selling Sunset's Emma Hernan has addressed the affair allegations made against her by co-star Nicole Young.
Right before season 8 was released globally, Emma learned that Nicole had claimed on camera that she was having a relationship with a married man.
Speaking to Vulture after the new season dropped on Netflix, Emma said "there's zero truth" to the rumour and admitted feeling "completely blindsided" by the scandal.

"I know what she's referring to," Emma continued, saying that Nicole is possibly hinting at a man she showed properties to in 2021. Emma firmly denied having any kind of romantic or sexual relation with this person.
"It was in 2021 that I showed this person properties and then they actually asked to invest in my empanada company. I said 'no', and nothing happened. When I say nothing happened, I never touched this man, never kissed this man, never held hands with this man," she said.

As for Nicole, she apologised for "bringing it to the camera" but claimed the information came from "a credible source".
"It would undoubtedly have been a smarter decision to not share this information because, without any of the context, it looks pretty bad," she told Tudum.
"I also do very strongly and very confidently stand behind the fact that this is information given to me by a credible source," she said.
"Again, I don't mean that as an excuse. I own the fact that I said it, but this is not something I made up, and I'm not a liar."
However, Emma shared a different version of Nicole's interaction with her source, saying she received a text message from this unnamed person in which they acknowledged there was never an affair.
"Nicole was made aware by that source that the rumours she was spreading about me were absolutely not true, and despite knowing she was spreading lies, she continued to do so on camera over the following months," Emma told Tudum.
"I am so disappointed that she would do such a thing to another woman."
Selling Sunset seasons 1-8 are streaming now on Netflix.
