Made in Chelsea star Louise Thompson has shared an exciting update about her relationship with fiancé Ryan Libbey.
The couple got engaged way back in 2018 and planned to marry in a Christmas-themed wedding the following year, though they ultimately decided to call the ceremony off because they didn't want to "rush into anything".
However, Louise has now shared the news that she and Ryan recently had a "big conversation" about getting married.

"Ryan and I had a big conversation about it recently. We went to the park and chatted for about four hours, and I realised he really does want to get married," she told OK! magazine.
"He explained he would feel like his life wouldn't be complete without it. That was important to me because when we first got engaged we didn't have a big push to do it quickly, and then I was ill for a very long time."

The couple welcomed a son named Leo in 2021, but the birth was fraught with complications that left both Louise and Leo in intensive care.
Louise, who was diagnosed with PTSD following the birth, has been open about her health journey over the years.
She shares regular updates on her treatment for ulcerative colitis, a condition with which she was diagnosed in 2018, and reflected on her experiences in 2023 when she suffered a haemorrhage and was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery.

Louise also previously revealed that she and Ryan "didn't have proper conversations for months", after the trauma the family went through when she gave birth to Leo.
The reality star has said that therefore, she doesn't want planning a wedding to "feel like a project" that will make her "feel anxious," adding: "I've had enough of that."
"We're going to allocate some time for planning. When I was in and out of hospital, we actually registered our intent to get married, but I was on medication and felt so dissociated," she continued.
"I was at rock bottom and my family were asking why we thought it was a good idea to do it then. Plus, Ryan and I weren't in a good place. We've been through the wringer and things haven't been easy.
"But now our priority is joy – we want to celebrate our life together."
