Made in Chelsea star Francesca Newman-Young has tied the knot with her long-term partner Peter Clarke.

Fran, who appeared on the E4 reality show between 2013 and 2018, and Peter got married over the weekend in a ceremony at Chelsea Town Hall in London.

Fran's sister Olivia – who appeared on Made in Chelsea with her before leaving the show to pursue a career as a make-up artist – was in attendance, as seen in photos obtained by Mail Online.

Pete wore a navy suit with a white shirt and pale yellow tie, as he carried the couple's Tibetan spaniel under his arm.

The newlyweds were greeted by their loved ones on the steps of the registry office, as they threw confetti and posed for photos on the town hall steps.

The couple announced their engagement in January 2022 with a sweet Instagram post in which Fran flaunted her yellow diamond engagement ring.

She and Pete were enjoying a holiday in Jamaica at the time of the proposal, and shared sweet photos taken by the sea.

Earlier this year, Fran and Pete intended to mark the 2nd anniversary of their engagement by going back to Jamaica but instead had a last-minute change of plans, as she explained in an Instagram post.

"Two years since I said, 'yes' on Treasure Beach, Jamaica. And this is our year…!" she started her post.

"We were meant to be back in Jamaica, but had to change our plans at the last minute to be 'sensible'. I really do hate being sensible but it's a necessary evil," she continued.

Fran added that Pete planned a "surprise date day" to mark the occasion including a trip to see Woody Harrelson, Andy Serkis and Louisa Harland in the play Ulster American, followed by food and drinks in central London.

Made in Chelsea airs on E4.
