Made in Chelsea's Louise Thompson has proudly revealed her stoma bag following a long health battle.
The reality star has faced various health problems in recent years - including complications after the birth of her son in 2021 and an ulcerative colitis diagnosis in 2018 - and often updates fans about her health and hospital visits on social media.
In her latest update, Louise has revealed the "grey bag that may well have saved [her] life".

Sharing a brief video in which she proudly shows the stoma bag attached to her stomach, Louise wrote: "HOW DO I DISCLOSE THIS SORT OF NEWS? It’s not exactly exciting like a big pregnancy or gender reveal announcement! Hey look I'm having a boy… Hey look I've got a stoma!
"So I guess I'll just stand here, proud in stature with my new friend Le bum bag that represents life. And hopefully a better one.
"Isn’t it bizarre that this little grey pouch is the price I pay for good health! I say good riddance to that nasty menacing colon! Please be kind."

Louise's comments section was soon flooded with messages of support from fans and and loved ones, including her brother and I'm a Celebrity winner Sam Thompson as well as his girlfriend Zara McDermott.
"The only way is up from here on out. The fact that you’re my sister is just f**king awesome! A real-life hero," Sam wrote.
"When you think about it, it’s a beautiful thing because it means less time in hospital, less time in pain, less time with a poison organ in your body! Now you are free, my girl. Now it’s time for YOU," added Zara.
