The model - who will be diving alongside MP Penny Mordaunt, TOWIE star Dan Osbourne, comedian Patrick Monahan and musician Paul Young in this weekend's heat - shared an image of her injuries on her Instagram page.
Lloyd captioned the image: "Just abit of bruising from yesterday training session.
"I a huge amount of pain hope I feel better for Saturday (sic)."
The 30-year-old has recently revealed that taking part in the show has been all the more challenging due to her fear of heights.

"I think that's one of the reasons I wanted to do it, to try and overcome my fear. It's been really, really hard work. I am enjoying it though."
The two most successful competitors from this week's heat will join Digital Spy columnist Anna Williamson, Boyzone's Keith Duffy, Diversity star Perri Kiely and presenter Michaela Strachan in the Splash! semi-finals.
