Love Is Blind star Chelsea Blackwell has responded to rumours that Trevor Sova had a secret girlfriend during their time on the show.
Chelsea formed a connection with Trevor during her time on season six, but there has recently been posts from the account @therealityashley that put up screenshots of what are alleged to be text messages between Trevor and his apparent partner.
The account claims that his supposed then-girlfriend, Natalia Marrero, had started dating him when the Love Is Blind casting department reached out to him to appear on the show.

During a Q&A session on Chelsea's Instagram, one fan asked her: "Have you seen the news about Trevor!??? So sorry and thankfully you didn't pick him."
Chelsea responded to this by posting a selfie of her and Trevor together along with a lengthy caption that began with: "Y'all we have to understand… we are humans."

She continued: "We have all made mistakes. Our lives went incredibly public very fast. All we can do is have grace. It's a very unfortunate situation. But I wouldn't wish this amount of hate on anyone. Remember to be kind."

The aforementioned Instagram account claims that Natalie and Trevor agreed to stay in a relationship while he was on the show.
This isn't the first case like this. Recently, Jeramey Lutinski denied rumours that he had a secret fiancée before joining the show.
Meanwhile, Jess Vestal recently revealed that Jimmy Presnell reached out to her after the show. She claims that he sent her a friend request and then rescinded it.
"I thought sending the friend request and then when I didn't accept it, him taking it back, was pretty audacious of him," said Jess. "But it kind of just told me a little bit more about who he was, which I guess there's nothing wrong with that. It just verified more that that wasn't my person."
Chelsea and Jimmy ultimately chose each other, but an argument between them has been teased in the next batch of episodes streaming from February 28.
Love Is Blind is available to stream on Netflix now.
