The Great British Bake Off's latest eliminated contestant Sura Selvarajah broke our hearts when she was sent home earlier in the week, and then when she posted an open letter about her time on her show.
But she reappeared on our screens tonight (October 16) for Bake Off: An Extra Slice, where she revealed that, while she loved her time on the show, it was so intense that it actually gave her nightmares.

Speaking to Jo Brand and her celebrity guest panel, Sura said (half-jokingly): "I had nightmares. I woke up at 3am like, 'That [bake] was really bad'.
"I had numerous nightmares while we were in the hotel. I used to have nightmares about Paul [Hollywood] kicking me up, because I overslept and didn't turn up. Honestly, it was terrifying because you lived and breathed cake, it was literally your life."

Prue Leith didn't feature in Sura's nightmares, however, as she called the judge "a queen", which is an inarguable fact.
Sura also responded to that moment where she knocked over Dave Friday's cakes (by accident!) as she approached the judging table, saying: "I was heartbroken for Dave. I was praying that Dave would win... so he feels a little bit better."
The Great British Bake Off airs on Tuesdays at 8pm on Channel 4. In the US, it's known as The Great British Baking Show, with new episodes debuting every Friday on Netflix.
